Thinking about signing up at Betmac Casino, and before putting any money in I'd like to hear what went wrong for people, not just the good stuff. It has a Curaçao licence, and it looks like it gets a lot of attention from UK players, which is partly why I'm curious.

The things that usually annoy me with a new casino are slow withdrawals, a bonus getting cancelled over some small rule, or support suddenly asking for extra documents after you win… Even a simple ID check can drag on for days if the team is slow to reply.
