Been thinking about VegasBuilder Casino for a while now, and before putting any real money in, I'd like to hear the unpleasant side of it. The nice parts are easy to find, the awkward moments usually only come out once somebody actually tries to cash out.
What I'm most wary of is the classic trio: a withdrawal that sits pending for days, a bonus that gets cancelled over some rule you never noticed, or a sudden request for extra documents right when you want your money. Any of those can turn a relaxed evening into a week of emails with support.
If you've played at VegasBuilder, did anything like that happen to you, and how long did it take to get sorted? Did support actually help, or did you have to push hard to get an answer?
