Starting with the licence, because that's what I look at first: Ritzo Casino runs under a Curaçao licence dated November 2024. For me that means it's a fairly fresh licence under the newer Curaçao framework, which is better than nothing, but it isn't the same level of protection as a UKGC or MGA setup. So I'd still want to see how the casino behaves in practice.
It seems to attract quite a bit of interest in Poland, Germany, Italy and Spain lately, and even some players in Australia, so there must be people here who have at least checked it out. What I really care about is whether payouts match what the licence is supposed to guarantee, and how support handles it when something goes wrong with verification.
Does a Curaçao licence like this one make you comfortable enough to deposit? And if you've cashed out from Ritzo, how long did it take to land?
